For this logistics headquarters in Kansas City, we worked alongside Bell Knott and Associates to bring their vision of a clean, functional, and professional workplace to life. FNL Finishes handled the "final layer" of the executive offices—managing everything from the selection and procurement to the white-glove installation of all office accessories.
Coordination was key to this project’s success. While John A. Marshall managed the loose furniture logistics, our team oversaw the seamless delivery and placement of over 200 individual pieces, ensuring the executive suite was move-in ready and polished to the highest standard.

Scope of Work
Our work started long before the first box arrived. We spent the design phase side-by-side with the architects, scouting showrooms and researching vendors to find pieces that didn't just "fit," but actually elevated their vision. Once we found the perfect mix, we took the reigns on the heavy lifting—handling the ordering, inspecting every delivery for quality, and personally overseeing the placement of every item to make sure the final result felt cohesive and intentional.

An invisible layer of complexity
On a project this size, logistics isn’t just a back-office task—it’s a design tool. Managing hundreds of items requires more than just a checklist; it takes an obsessive eye for timing and condition. We believe that even the best architectural vision can get lost in poor execution, so we treat the "how" just as seriously as the "what." By keeping our process tight and our communication even tighter, we ensured that the final environment looked exactly as it was imagined.

Consistency across spaces
The result is an executive suite that feels balanced and effortless. Each accessory was chosen to complement the architecture, not compete with it—adding just enough detail to feel finished while keeping the focus on leadership and daily work. It’s a space that proves what’s possible when architecture, furniture, and the "final layer" are in total sync.
